XXXTentacion L.A. Memorial Dispersed by Police With Riot Gear, Rubber Bullets: Report

Last night, a Los Angeles memorial for slain rapper XXXTentacion was dispersed by police officers in riot gear, the Los Angeles Times reports. According to the report, police officers were permitted to use tear gas against the crowd of around 1,000 people, who blocked a road in the Fairfax neighborhood, jumping on cars and rooftops.
